Shipping and Returns
At Wear Waterpolo (a Total Waterpolo company) we believe in the high quality of our water polo swimwear and apparel. Each item is custom made in the EU and shipped from our fulfillment center in Budapest, Hungary.
1. Delivery methods
Wear Waterpolo works with all major forwarders. We will try to provide tracking data for every parcel as soon as it becomes available for you to track your order online.
2. Delivery Window
Delivery time is the average of time corresponding to the preparation-manufacturing and shipping. The delivery time of orders from our online store varies from 48 hours to a maximum of 15 business days.
The specific term of each order varies according to the stock available at the time of the order receipt. Most of our orders are prepared in 24-48 hours, but some items might have to be manufactured. The manufacturing period has a maximum duration of 15 business days from the order confirmation. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email / tracking.
In the event that we can not meet the expected delivery time, the client may proceed to confirm the cancellation of the order. If the client opts for the total cancellation, the order amount will be refunded within a maximum period of three working days.
Total Waterpolo reserves the right to make partial shipments, not adding any additional charge for the customer.
The transit of the shipping is established around one day to ten days, depending on the final destination.
Total Waterpolo can not be held responsible for the breach of these deadlines, in case of force majeure, such as total or partial strike (especially of means of transport), or any other causes.
3. Shipping costs
The rates for each area will be calculated based on the geographical location of the recipient and the weight /volume of the products purchased. Shipping costs appear separately from the price of the item and do not include taxes, which will be calculated separately if applicable.
When all items in the cart are confirmed, the website automatically calculates the shipping costs. If you modify the items in the checkout cart or change the destination of your order, transportation costs might change.
4. Customs and taxes
Deliveries in the European Union.
The prices of the products that are for sale in the online store include 24% VAT (items and shipping costs).
Orders destined to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to various customs and taxes of their Autonomous Community. Payment of these, if they originated, will correspond to the customer and will be paid at the time of delivery of the order.
Deliveries in non-EU countries.
The prices of the products that are for sale in the online store do not include any kind of tax from any country.
Orders with delivery address in Non-EU countries will be exempt from VAT payment. The custom taxes and other customs expenses should be paid by the client and will be paid at the time of delivery of the order. We advise you to inform yourself of the specific conditions of each country.
For shipping to Russia we reserve the right to cancel orders if we choose to, due to the strict customs restrictions imposed by the country. In this case, the full amount of the order would be immediately returned to the customer.
5. Precautions at the time of delivery
The recipient should check the shipment upon arrival, stating at the time of delivery any observations or claim that he/she considers justified (even rejecting the package), if the customer proves that the package is likely to have been opened or shows clear signs of deterioration. These observations must be communicated to Total Waterpolo as soon as possible.
Our goal is to provide high quality swim wear and the best customer service for your complete satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order, within the first 7 days after receiving the goods. We will confirm the good condition of the product and refund the item amount. The shipping cost can not be refunded.

If you want to change the size, color or model of the item purchased, you should proceed in the same way.
In the case of receiving defective products or products that do not correspond to the order made by the customer, we will assume all the expenses derived from the change. After receiving the package and confirming the good condition of the product, we will ship the correct items.
The usage, deterioration or misuse of the products will not be accepted as a reason to return / exchange the items.

As soon as the package is received in our warehouse, we will proceed according to the instructions indicated on the return form.
No exchange will be accepted without prior authorization from Total Waterpolo.

Total Waterpolo reserves the right to modify the commercial offer displayed on the website (products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.
We try to provide the information displayed on the website as truthfully and without errors at all times. In the event that there is an error, we will immediately proceed to correct it. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase based on that error, we will inform the customer of that error and have the right to cancel your purchase without any cost on your part.
We do our best to show the images as closely as possible to the actual products in terms of look and colors. Please note that the final product may have minor differences to the pictures shown.
